Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change and aim to be as transparent and fair as possible. However, due to the nature of our operations and advance booking schedule, the following policy applies:

100% refund for cancellations made up to 90 days before arrival.

50% refund for cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request.

Please note that refunds are only provided in cases of natural disasters directly affecting the Bahamas area, where guests are unable to physically access or stay at the property.
For any other circumstances—including natural disasters, travel restrictions, or personal emergencies occurring in the guest’s home region—this cancellation policy will still apply.

Because most guests book 90 days or more in advance, cancellations within that window leave little to no opportunity for rebooking, resulting in a guaranteed loss of income. For that reason, this policy is designed to ensure fairness and sustainability for both parties.

We encourage all guests to review this policy carefully before booking. If you are not comfortable with these terms, please let us know—we prefer to be transparent and offer the option to cancel upfront rather than host a dissatisfied guest. Our goal is always to create positive experiences and lasting memories for those who stay with us.
